Ordering/Billing Policies

Beginning on the day that You place an order for a product (“Product”) from the Website, Your tenth (10) day *Risk-Free Trial period begins (“*Risk-Free Trial Period”).The *Risk-Free Trial Period is calculated in calendar days, not business days.  You will be shipped a thirty (30) day supply or a sixty (60) day supply depending on offer you have accepted/ordered of the Product You ordered.  Please allow several days to receive the product.  Delivery time is subtracted from Your *Risk-Free Trial Period, and will reduce the number of days allocated to Your *Risk-Free Trial Period.  You will be responsible to pay the shipping and handling charges associated with Your Product (currently ranging between $.99 and $6.95, depending on the Product ordered).  You agree that we can charge Your credit card for this amount, and You agree to pay such amount regardless of whether You cancel Your *Risk-Free Trial in a timely fashion or not.

If You are satisfied with the Product and wish to continue to receive the Product on a monthly or bi-monthly basis depending on product you ordered, You need do nothing else.  Upon the expiration of the *Risk-Free Trial Period, Your credit card will be billed for the full cost of the Product that You ordered (i.e., a thirty day supply, a sixty day supply).  A thirty day supply will charged on your credit card a price  up to $89.97 and a sixty day supply will be charged on credit a price up to $139.97 Plus shipping and handling respectively. ALL SALES ARE FINAL ALL CHARGES ONCE CHARGED ARE NON REFUNDABLE AND FINAL.
